Watching all this show(check the video here) of The French President,Nicolas Sarkozy with his model partner, Carla Bruni on their visit to the English Royal Couple made me think of a subtle subject, mostly utopian : THE LINK BETWEEN TEENAGERS,MODELS AND POLITICS.
Presently, a model has dipped into politics : Carla Bruni, by being France’s first lady. Would that encourage teens keeping up with current political affairs or instead discourage them to follow on with politics judging from the tendency of the President to mix political and sentimental life.
Taking supermodels as an ideal has had mostly nefast effects on teens. Anorexy, indecency… Then could that mixture of supermodelling and politics have the same bad effects on teens?
…Or could that encourage them into politicals stuffs? Girls take Carla as their model whereas boys most presumably hunt down its nude pics, both grabing in their quest some information about current political affairs and situation : Carla Bruni’s move with the President, on what political affairs she’s on…
Or maybe there isn’t a relationship after all between these subjects? What do you think?
